HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register simply enter the required information at the following Link and choose a password.

Registration is simple and free of charge, and registered users can save their favourite products in their Wish List and access all the information on orders and returns.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS I AM INTERESTED IN?

Shopping at www.baxet.it is quick and user-friendly.

Click on the product of interest to access the product fact sheet and view all the information on the same. To add it to you cart, simply select product options if asked and then click the “Add to shopping cart” button. You will be automatically transferred to the first page of the shopping cart area where you can decide whether to complete the purchase procedure or continue shopping, searching for other articles.

If you choose to continue shopping, as you browse the site you will continue to see the cart image, its contents and the total amount spent so far.

On completing your shopping, click the “Check out” button to access the payment area. Remember that you can also change the quantities of articles you wish to purchase or remove them from the cart using the option on the first Shopping Bag page.

When you are ready to make your payment, either login to the site or register if you have never shopped with us before. You can also complete your purchase without completing the registration procedure. You will now be asked to select a delivery and billing address. The next phase displays the payment methods at your disposal (cash on delivery, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer). At this point you can also select the shipping method you prefer.

Baxet informs you that the payment system adopted is completely safe as all credit card information is protected against unauthorised access by encrypted transfer of SSL (‘Secure Socket Layer’) data which third parties are not able to access.

Finally, after the transaction details have been checked, your order information will be sent to www.baxet.it and a Thank You message will confirm that your purchase has been completed successfully.

Starting from the Home Page, you have a series of options: if you wish to view what Baxet has to offer, you can use the search filter option.

If you wish to view a specific product, enter one or more words to search for in the “Search” box; the system will populate a list of products related to the search words.

WHAT IS THE 'SPECIAL OFFER CODE' AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The ‘special offer code’ is a special voucher you are granted in order to take advantage of a range of special offers. You will receive information on the voucher conditions in a specific Newsletter concerning the event in question.

If you have received your voucher, simply enter the code in the relative field on the final page of the order section: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?

If you have not yet received the shipping confirmation of your order, you can request cancellation by contacting our Customer Service. If you have already received the shipping confirmation of your order, please wait to receive it and then proceed with the return request by contacting our Customer Service. The returned product must not have been used, worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, with its accessories. Goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded.

I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event that the product you received should be different from the one you ordered, BAXET will be fully responsible for your return. The returned product must not have been used, worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, with its accessories. The goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded. To proceed with the return, you must contact our Customer Service, who will create the authorization for the Return Service and coordinate with the courier to organize the collection, at no additional cost. You will receive by email the authorization for the return service and the label that you will need to print and affix on the package to be sent. As soon as the package you sent will be returned to the warehouse, our staff will have to carry out some checks on the conditions of the returned products, after which you will receive a communication from the customer service. The refund will be issued to you within 15 days of receiving the return authorization confirmation by email and you will receive it with the same payment method with which you placed the order. Should our staff report the unsuitability of the dispute because the item was returned used or mechanically damaged due to improper use of the item, the return costs will be charged to you.

I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT I NO LONGER NEED, WHAT DO I DO?

If you don't need the purchased product, you can make the return at your expense within 14 days from the moment the courier delivered the package. To proceed with a return it is necessary to contact our Customer Service. The returned product must not have been used, worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, with its accessories. The goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded. Once you have received from Customer Service the authorization to proceed with the return, you will have to send the package containing the products you intend to return to the warehouse that will be indicated to you at your own expense. The shipment of the product you intend to return must take place within 14 days of receiving the authorization for the return service. If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, then the limit will be extended until the first following business day. We remind you that the cost of shipping for this type of return is at your expense.


Una volta ricevuta dal Servizio Clienti l’autorizzazione a procedere con il reso, dovrai spedire a tue spese il pacco contenente i prodotti che intendi rendere presso il magazzino che ti verrà indicato.
La spedizione del prodotto che intendi rendere deve avvenire entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’autorizzazione al servizio di reso. Se il 14° giorno cade in giorno festivo, allora il limite sarà prorogato fino al primo giorno lavorativo successivo.
Ti ricordiamo che il costo della spedizione per questo tipo di reso è a tue spese.

For customized products, the exception referred to in art. 59 lett. c) Consumer Code which excludes by law the right of withdrawal. A customized product can only be returned if there is a manufacturing and / or customization defect. In case the product or the personalization of the same have a defect, BAXET will be fully responsible for your return. The returned product must not have been used, worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, with its accessories. The goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded. WHEN IS AN ITEM NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURNS?

An article not suitable for return is defined as any product that is not in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore, returns of products that have been removed from the original packaging, that have been used or that have been damaged, will not be accepted, where the damage has been caused by use that does not comply with the specifications of the product itself.

WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

The refund will be issued to you within 4 working days of receipt and processing of the return and you will receive it with the same payment method with which you placed the order.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE AMOUNT THAT HAS BEEN REFUNDED IS NOT EXACT?

In the event that the amount refunded to you is not correct, please contact our Customer Service.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The warranty covers product defects and, by law, has a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase of the product, which is indicated on the invoice / payment or on the receipt. The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing but not improper use of the product. It does not cover mechanical damage caused by the customer due to impacts, crushing, mechanical breakages due to forcing, falls into water.
